Eazy leaf Open Day great success

A large group of leading European processing companies visited our first Eazy leaf open day in the UK. We have received excellent feedback on the Eazy leaf varieties. Just a few comments of the leading European processors:

Favourable characteristics

Yields in combination with a well-serrated leaf structure make the Eazy leaf unique in the market. Excellent shelf life results, a good flavour and the full package of resistances make the processing companies decide to grow Eazy leaf on large scale. The ability to harvest Eazy leaf varieties mechanically certainly contributes to the success of the programme. The four Eazy leaf varieties Enza Zaden has in its commercial assortment are available for production as we speak.

 

Still coming up

The next Eazy leaf open day will be organised in Allonnes, France in week 36 and in Dannstadt, Germany in week 37. In Murcia, Spain, the full Eazy leaf range will be shown at the end of this year, scheduled for week 50.
