Zest is a medium sized export-type Galia with extended shelf life. It has a strong plant with good covering and medium early, good setting. The fruit are small to medium size (0,8-1,1kg) with bright yellow skin. Zests are round fruit, have good netting and only small scar with medium sized seed cavity. Its flesh is light green with sugar levels between 12-14° Brix. Zest is a non-slip variety.
