Ensuring a smooth workflow

What are you going to do as a Coordinator Settlements?

As a Coordinator Settlements you are a member of the Seed Production Department of Enza Zaden. This department is responsible for the production of the right amount of high quality seeds. You will support the seed production team by ensuring a smooth flow in the contracting process. In short this means:

  • Taking care of the uniform, in time, correct and completeness of settlements.
  • The further coordination of this settlement process; together with your manager you will develop and implement a system that assures this.
  • Setting up a monitoring and tracking system that generates a status overview of all relevant settlements.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the decision making based on this process.
  • Support and facilitate the contracting process.

In this position, you will have a direct link with the Project Manager Production Contract Process and report to the Production Manager Fruity Crops.

Your power

As a Coordinator Settlements you have a hands-on approach and you are able to work independently. An analytical and problem solving mind, strong persuasiveness and influencing skills, sensitive to cultural differences and showing initiative are key capabilities to succeed in this role. You have excellent communication skills both oral and written in Dutch and English.

In short, you:

  • have a BSc degree in Finance or Business Administration/Business Economics;
  • have at least 4 year of hands-on experience in a similar environment;
  • have strong analytical skills;
  • have good knowledge of Excel and ERP systems.
