We are looking for an Internal Communication Global Business Partner who informs and involves our colleagues all over the world about strategic topics.
You are responsible to present our colleagues with a consistent and cohesive message about where Enza Zaden is going, why, how we will get there and the essential role everyone at Enza Zaden plays in this mission. As a Global Internal Communication Business Partner, you support our CEO and Board of Directors in the field of internal board and change communication.
You will create, implement and execute an effective strategic internal communication approach and drive the internal communication initiatives regarding internal board and change communication. You understand the drive of Enza Zaden and in particular, its strategy, the roadmap to get there and how people add value, building engagement and inspiration to improve employee experience. You will act as a sounding board to the CEO, BoD members and VP HR in terms of internal communication's impact and effectiveness. And you will also provide strategic advice regarding delivery of key messages or write and edit messages and speeches for the CEO and Board members.
You oversee the global internal communications structure and ensure consistency of themes, messages, timing, delivery and quality as well as alignment with the other communication disciplines. And collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper execution of communication and change implementation plans.
As Internal Communication Global Business Partner you are an enthusiastic and creative entrepreneur with a long-term vision on internal board and change communication at a strategic level. Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, interpersonal and relationship building, stakeholdermanagement and speaking skills are key capabilities to succeed in this role. You are able to work in a cross-functional network and deliver as promised by a structured quality-driven work style with a positive, accessible and proactive attitude and communication style.
Excellent communication skills in both oral and written Dutch and English is a must. All other languages will bring you higher on our shortlist of candidates. Cultural and situational sensitivity and being capable of handling more tasks at the same time is necessary to be successful in this function.

Enza Zaden is a vegetable breeding company that develops vegetable varieties. We produce and sell the seeds of these varieties all over the world. Both for conventional and organic growers.
