Orange Radish smoothie

This zingy snack will make you feel fit, happy and healthy – literally and figuratively. Radishes purify the blood and supply lots of vitamin C. 

Ingredients

  • 5-6 radishes
  • 1 tbsp cress
  • 100 ml skimmed yoghurt
  • 200 ml fresh orange juice

Garnish

Radish and/or cress

Preparation

Rinse the radishes and slice into chunks. Place the radishes in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with radish and/or cress.
