You can enjoy this delicate, velvety smoothie at any moment of the day. Avocado is one of the so-called super foods: it contains a myriad of healthy nutrients to keep your body fit.
4 dried apricots
30 g green salad leaves
½ small avocado
100 ml yoghurt
Rind of ½ lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
180 ml water
1 tsp flax seeds (if wished)
flax seeds and/or slice of lemon
Place the apricots briefly in warm water to soften. Rinse the salad leaves.
Place the salad leaves, apricots and avocado in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients – except the flax seeds.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with flax seeds and/or lemon.
