Preludio is a very early bulb fennel variety with excellent field holding capacity and bolting tolerance. It produces uniform rounded bulbs of standout quality and yield. Preludio is an early maturing hybrid recommended for spring and early summer harvest; it can also be successfully harvested into early fall in cooler climates.
