Team Lead Research and Development Operations

We are looking for a highly motivated professional, passionate about crop cultivation.

What are you going to do as a Team Lead R&D Operations?

In your role, you are responsible for leading, developing, motivating and coaching the assigned team members. Together with your manager you plan your activities ensuring execution and proving timely and accurate support in crop care, phytosanitary management, pest control, seed extraction, cleaning and/or breeding activities. You ensure exchange of communication with crop workers (your team). You analyze the different process and contribute to optimization. Through your experience you help to ensure a heathy and safe work environment.

As a leader, you are a committed employee who has thorough knowledge of processes in plant cultivation. You are practical and work in a precise and structured way. You are confident and can put things in perspective. Your strong communication skills enable you to cooperate effectively with colleagues and the team under your responsibility. You understand that the team’s interests always come first. You are able to perform your activities independently under the responsibility of the facilities manager.

You are an enthusiastic, highly passionate in plant crops and experienced in this topic. You have plenty availability to work under different weather conditions and manage pressure in a proactive way.


  • BSc level in plant science or related fields of study (Agricultural)
  • Experience in crop cultivation techniques;
  • You can communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing;
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivator and goal oriented.
  • Flexible & able to adapt to changes.
