GinFiz combines the flavor, texture and color of Striped German with the disease resistance and productivity of modern hybrids. Fruit average 10-14 oz. (283-397 g), exhibit minimal cracking, and are delicious. GinFiz has excellent early fruit yields and incorporates leaf mold resistance for improved high tunnel production. GinFiz is a generative plant and benefits from grafting and single leader production.
