What are you going to do as a Customer Service Specialist?

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive person for our Customer Service team in Moscow. You will give support to the customer service area by processing and monitoring orders, communicating to internal and external customers and forwarding customer queries within the organization. You will ensure customer’s satisfaction through deliver high quality service.  You will have regular contact with customers to gather relevant business information. In addition, you will plan customer orders using excel and other tools. You will manage communication between sales, supply chain and other departments. In addition, you make sure that there is accurate short term demand forecasting and contract monitoring. You are also responsible for Customer complaint handling, seeds certification and periodic stocktaking.

You will work independently in a team of 20 Russian Colleagues, with a team of eight direct colleagues in the Moscow office. You will be reporting to the Logistics Manager.

  • You are good with Excel and software systems.

  • Good understanding of overall Supply Chain processes.


  • An bachelor /university education
  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in logistic or customer service
  • It is mandatory to have excellent communication skills
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills
