As Sales Representative you increase the interest for our products and contribute to the promotion of Enza Zaden. You attend strategic agricultural tradeshows representing the organization in your territory but also participate in field days and related events. Your aim is to achieve agreed upon stretch sales goals annually. Therefore, you handle complaints and resolve issues with the customer service department as it relates to customer satisfaction and other related activities in support of the team efforts like marketing contributions.
As Sales Representative you have a good understanding of how the industry works and want to be part of a growing company. You are well spoken, driven and want to serve our customers efficiently. As a Sales Representative you determine an effective approach per customer and keep up to date with market data on customers.
