What are you going to do?

You will be responsible for managing customers with SUSTAINABILITY as part of their identity, by pushing and maintaining a varieties introduction flow.

You will be working in an international environment within a Marketing and Sales organization and will collaborate with colleagues from other teams and abroad. Your main responsibilities are:

  • Conducting an efficient customer management
  • Strengthen customer relationships
  • Planning, organizing and managing commercial activities

You are a team player, people-oriented, proactive, decisive, creative, flexible and resilient.

When dealing with customers, you have to be able to manage influences, relationships and complex accounts; as well as creating and building an efficient network.


  • Education: University degree in Agronomy
  • Knowledge of the seeds industry
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Willing to travel frequently
  • Fluent in English
