What are you going to do?

We are looking for a versatile, communicative and analytical Product Sales Manager. You are eager to learn. You have an entrepreneurial attitude and clear understanding of commercial matters.

The main task of the Product Sales Manager is to manage the life cycle of different vegetable variety portfolios.

You will analyze market trends to ensure optimal product positioning. You will maintain close contact with different departments. Together with sales team you will create introduction strategy of varieties and you will organize trial locations in order to support the decision-making progress.

You will report to the Head of sales.

You are versatile; you interact easily with diverse people and are able to be part of various teams. You know how to develop long-term business relationships, both within and outside our international organisation. You have an entrepreneurial and result-orientation attitude, a clear understanding of commercial matters and strong analytical skills. You recognise opportunities and you take action when needed. You are able to make quick, adequate decisions. You have a strong customer-orientation and you are someone who thinks together with the customer. You ask questions to gain a full understanding of the problem or needs. You are willing to travel frequently.

In short you;

• Have a bachelor degree, preferably in Agribusiness;
• Have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in agribusiness;
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Are persuasive combined with strong communication skills.
