What are you going to do?
Worldwide, Enza Zaden has more than 2.000 employees, more than 45 subsidiaries and three joint ventures in 25 countries. The head office of Enza Zaden is in Enkhuizen, the Netherlands. Thanks to our multi-local approach we are close to our employees, no matter where in the world.
As HR Manager International, you ensure pro-active local HR Business Partners who add value to the business, who can balance the global HR vision with local needs, and who have a coordinated way of working. You know how to lead, develop and coach 10-15 local HR Business Partners because of your own up to date and broad knowledge of and experience in proactive business partnering.
You provide input in the development and execution of the HR strategy, and to the HR CoE’s who develop the functional policies, concepts, and programs. As HR Manager International, you make sure that the global HR strategy will be implemented across our international locations. You ensure roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and optimal ways of collaborations are developed. You are a partner to HR Operations in implementing an HR service catalogue and HR service delivery model (with help of introducing a global HR Information System) while preparing and enabling the transition to a regional HR set-up.

As a HR Manager International, you know how to drive the implementation of policies and efficient processes/solutions across the locations. The strong communication skills you bring keep the local HR BP’s aligned with the CoE’s, Global HR BP’s and Global HR Operations. You build partnerships and maintain strong relationships with National Coordination Teams of all locations. You participate in and manage international (multidisciplinary) projects. To achieve your goals, you own excellent planning and organizing skills.
In short, you:
- Have a master’s degree and at least 10 years relevant work experience in several functional HR areas and/or in the ‘business’
- Have facilitating and coaching skills
- Have a good understanding of all human resource functionalities
- Have preferably experience with implementing a (global) HR system
- Are proficient in English and a local language, both written and verbal
