Supply Chain | Key User | Providing training | Design and implementation of new production planning system
What are you going to do?
As Production Planning Specialist you will be a key contributor in the team responsible for the design and implementation of the new production planning system on a global level. Your expertise in (seed) production planning and ability to connect with stakeholders in the business, is to support the design, building, data validation and integration, training and implementation of our overall Sales & Operations planning system. You will support the decision making by performing change impact analyses, raising issues, and proposing solutions as well as act as a link between the internal organization and the implementation- and software partner.
For a smooth implementation you are responsible for the execution of the Train the Trainer and End User training plan, reviewing training metrics and monitoring the performance of training, together with the project team.
You will be happy working independently within a dynamic and international team and you have strong analytical skills. You have work experience with supply chain and preferably in the world of seed production or green background. You have previously been part of an implementation process and creating and providing the relevant training to End Users is not strange to you. You like to give constructive feedback where you think you could still optimize the production planning. You are also meticulous and have experience with production schedules. You can work well under time pressure and communicate at any desired level, both internally and externally.
In short, you:
- Have a completed BSc or Master education in Supply Chain or Agricultural/Plant Science
- Have at least 3 years work experience in Supply Chain planning, providing training, and implementation projects and (seed) production;
- Can analyze and work with complex problems. Familiar with large amounts of data;
- Have very good collaboration skills and managing processes with teams of different levels;
- Have experience with Excel, ERP systems and planning systems;.
- You have a good command of the Dutch and English language, both verbally and in writing, and multiple languages is an advantage.
