Refreshing melon shake 

This is a treat that really helps when you take a break. This refreshing smoothie has a cleansing and revitalising effect. Melon is good for your blood pressure and helps relieve stress. 


  • 1 cucumber
  • 400 g chunks of Galia melon
  • 10 mint leaves
  • Juice and rind of 1 lime
  • 80 ml water
  • Garnish: mint  


Peel the cucumber and slice into chunks. Place the cucumber and melon in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with mint leaves.
