Letaba

Letaba is a very early to early maturing, short day onion hybrid. Letaba offers exceptional bulb qualities which include uniformly shaped and sized round bulbs, attractive bulb skin colour and neat thin necks. In addition, Letaba has high tolerance to bolt (flower stem formation) which results in a wider sowing and transplanting window. Letaba’s erect growth habit and strong tolerance against general foliar diseases is an added benefit for onion growers. Letaba seeds are size graded and treated as standard.
