A medium summer variety, extremely suitable for Dutch conditions. EZ560 is characterized by a firm, attractive head shape, complemented by a tight rib structure. It fills at a medium pace with nice layering, which provides the desired weight and harvest window. The core is short and stable. EZ560 has a good balance between plant size and head size. The head can be cut easily from the frame. Quality and ease of harvest are the basis for a good return.
