Young Enza is a cross-functional platform that connects, inspires, and shares knowledge among young colleagues. Our goal is to create a space where ideas, experiences, and perspectives come together, with knowledge sharing at its core.
With a wide range of events and topics, we aim to inspire while ensuring a good balance between content and fun. Young Enza brings both younger and more experienced colleagues closer together, so they can learn from each other. The platform helps bridge the gap and strengthen understanding between younger and more experienced employees.
The program is mainly aimed at colleagues up to 35 years old, but anyone who feels attracted is welcome to join! (Yes, even if you’re secretly still 25 at heart).
