200 g cooked pumpkin chunks
180 ml fresh orange juice
180 ml almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
1-2 tsp pumpkin seeds
Pumpkin seeds and cinnamon
Place the pumpkin chunks, orange juice, almond milk and cinnamon in the blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.
