Goat’s cheese and courgette - a classic combination that will never go out of fashion. It’s a simple dish, yet it looks very chic. Showing off has never been easier!
Cut the caps off the courgette and cut courgette lengthwise into thin slices with a thickness of approx. 3 mm. Coat the slices with olive oil and season with pepper and salt. Grill the slices about a half a minute until golden brown. Turn them over and grill the other side for about a half a minute as well. Cut the goat’s cheese in 1-cm slices. Cut the slices in half. Place the cheese on the courgette slices and roll up. Put a cocktail stick into each roll.
