Chives
Peel the cucumber and slice into chunks. Remove the seeds from the red pepper. Place the cucumber, pepper and aubergine in the blender first and then add the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Pour the smoothie into two glasses and garnish with chives. Drink immediately.
