The Enza Zaden Masterclasses are workshops that offer our employees an opportunity to acquire skills in a variety of disciplines.
Depending on the content, the masterclasses are open to all interested parties, or targeted at a specific group. The Masterclasses are given by experts in the particular discipline. By practicing with a case study, for example, the employees can actively apply the theory they have learned to practical situations.
Efficient time management, competency-based assessment and confident presentation skills are just some examples of the subjects addressed by the Masterclasses.
