Soberana is a widely adapted, early short day onion variety. Soberana produces globe to slightly flattened globe shaped bulbs with excellent bulb size uniformity and attractive light brown skin colour. Soberana has high bolting (flower stem production) tolerance and high yield potential. In addition, Soberana has very strong and healthy foliage/tops, which is a benefit for production in areas where general foliar disease pressure is high. Soberana seeds are sized graded and treated as standard.
