First prepare the marinade. Chop the parsley, rosemary and thyme. Mix in a bowl, together with olive oil, crushed garlic, lemon zest, orange zest, pepper and salt.
Cut the radishes into halves or quarters. If they are very tiny, you can leave them whole. Fry them for a short moment in a pan with olive oil until just a little brown. Mix the radish in with the marinade and add pepper and salt to taste. This salad can be served either lukewarm or cold.
Lovely in combination with pieces of smoked eel. Or serve with fried salmon or other fried fish.
