Early Short Day maturity, attractive mid brown skinned hybrid onion which has globe shaped bulbs with good firmness and storage potential for such an early variety. This variety is capable of high yield potential (60-90+mm depending on season and growing conditions). In the field it has shown superior tolerance to Downy Mildew compared to many other Short Day varieties. Plant Autumn in a wide range of latitudes from the tropics to 35+ degrees. Maturity time is 20 -24 weeks after seeding, depending on location, seasonal factors and planting date.
