All varieties currently marketed or released for testing by Enza Zaden Beheer B.V. and its affiliates (Enza Zaden) have been developed using conventional breeding methods, without the use of genetic modification techniques to which EU Directive 2001/18/EC applies. If in the future Enza Zaden decides to market or make varieties available for testing that are GMO’s (genetically modified organisms) which have been developed using genetic modification techniques to which EU Directive 2001/18/EC applies, this will be announced in advance.
