We have made a strategic investment in IUNU, deepening its existing collaboration with the company.
IUNU develops technology that helps greenhouse growers gain real-time insight into their crops using AI and computer vision. By turning objective crop measurements into operational insight, the technology supports growers in making better-informed decisions in daily practice.
As greenhouse vegetable production becomes more complex, helping growers consistently realize the full potential of our varieties is becoming increasingly important. Alongside strong genetics and crop knowledge, better insight into what is happening in the greenhouse plays a key role.
With this investment, we explore how genetics and crop intelligence can be more closely connected in practice, helping growers better understand and manage crop performance.
IUNU remains an independent platform serving growers across the industry, whereby Enza Zaden and the growers remain fully in control over their own data.
This investment in IUNU is complementary to our earlier investment in and existing cooperation with Source.ag. Both companies contribute to advancing data-driven horticulture, each from their own strengths and perspectives.
